I just wanted to drop you a note thanking you for all the wonderful work you have done for us over the years.  From the time we needed our computer fixed and running two days before our busiest time of the year,  (which you turned around in 1 day) to the website you created for us, (under budget and customized as well) to all the other computer issues we have had.  Your service is top notch and prices I can deal with.  As a business owner myself, I appreciate how hard it can be to keep every customer happy every time they visit, but I can say I have never been disappointed.  Keep up the great work, and as long as I have computer issues, I will always use Tower House Computers.

 I just wanted to send a note to let you know that I appreciate all of the work you both have done for me.  You have never failed to answer any question I have ever had.  I have had exactly zero problems with either of my computers since you came out to my house and set up my wireless network and cleared up all of my spyware issues.  Thanks for setting me up with my new anti-virus software.  That software is awesome.  It updates behind the scenes and is not cumbersome or intrusive when you are trying to get other things done.  Again, I have to say THANK YOU for helping me get into the wireless world and making my computing life simple and trouble-free.

I've been using my PC for nearly a week since you replaced the failed hard drive and just wanted to drop you a note saying how great it's been performing.  I really appreciate the work you went through to save as much material from the old disk as you did and salvaging the Symantec anti-virus product.  I've worked with Symantec before to port their software from one PC to another and they're anything but helpful.
 
Again, thank you for a job well done.  I certainly won't hesitate to recommend your services to my friends and associates and will definitely shop your business first for my next PC.
